采用(yong)可(ke)控硅(gui)變(bian)流(liu)技(ji)術，將高(gao)電(dian)壓小電(dian)流(liu)轉(zhuan)換成(cheng)低電(dian)壓大電(dian)流(liu)，周、縱向(xiang)電(dian)流(liu)均分別連續(xu)(xu)可(ke)調，交流(liu)磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)具(ju)有斷電(dian)相(xiang)位功(gong)能，既可(ke)用(yong)于剩磁(ci)(ci)法(fa)(fa)探傷(shang)，也(ye)可(ke)用(yong)于連續(xu)(xu)法(fa)(fa)探傷(shang)。周向(xiang)磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)檢測方(fang)(fang)式采用(yong)傳統的直接通電(dian)的磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)，縱向(xiang)磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)采用(yong)線圈感應的磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)，設(she)備(bei)一次(ci)性全(quan)方(fang)(fang)位磁(ci)(ci)化(hua)檢查工件表面和近表面的各種(zhong)裂紋和細微缺陷。
