The equipment adopts AC magnetization mode with power-off phase control and has high remanence stability, which is suitable for both continuous flaw detection and remanence flaw detection. The composite magnetization forms a superimposed magnetic field on the workpiece and displays magnetic traces in all directions at one time, thus having higher detection efficiency. At the same time, a qualified demagnetizer is configured to clean up the stable remanence.
